Pricing, Flavors, and Other Information

SHIPPING

At this time, we do not ship cakes.

PRICING

Individual pricing varies from cake to cake, however, price estimates are available for each cake picture.

Most of our more "traditional" cakes are usually priced by the serving. On average, the per serving rate is between $2.50 & $3.00. Sculpted cakes are priced on an individual basis depending on the details of each order.

We do not charge extra to do a custom design for you. We actually prefer it. Some of our favorite creations have come directly from the minds of our brides and other clients.

We do not include the top layer of your wedding cake in your number of servings or in your price. Typically, the top layer is saved for the first anniversary and we include it as our gift to the new couple at no charge.

Certain designs may be governed by size restraints. (Some of the more complex designs may require a larger number of servings to accomplish the final "look".)

We do not charge extra for multiple flavors or fillings. However, please note that due to the size or the style of the cake(some flavors do not carve as well as others), flavor choices may be limited.

FLOWERS & TOPPERS

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, Renaissance Productions will not be responsible for any fresh flowers for the cake. We are not florists and due to certain precautions necessary for flowers which come in contact with food products, these should be prepared by a floral professional.

Toppers and artificial flowers are not included in pricing unless specified.

All non edible supplies such as columns, plates, fountains, etc. can either be rented from us or purchased from us at our cost.

DELIVERY

We do not ship cakes at this time. We do however, deliver all over the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Delivery charges vary by location and start at $25.00.

We do not add a separate charge for set-up in addition to delivery. We are more than happy to set up the cake as well as give pointers to the servers as to the best way to cut the cake.
